Kia ora tatou

Tomorrow and Friday, teachers will be meeting at school and preparing classrooms and learning programmes for school next week. They will not have time to commit to running video meetings and providing feedback. Children have plenty of distance learning content available to them. The next two days is a good time to be finishing tasks. Education TV is also available.

There is great excitement for the return to school on Monday. If you have a demonstrative child who will want to hug friends or teachers please explain that this will need to wait. Hugs, handshakes and hongi are still off the menu! If you have a child who is anxious about the return to school then please email the classroom teacher.

Once finalised and before the weekend, we will share the Level 2 re-opening school plan with you and provide directions for before school drop off and 3pm pick up.

Looking forward to Monday!

Bruce Warren, Principal
