Alert Level 3
We currently have a school bubble that has students attending supervision at school. This small group continues the distance/online learning that classroom teachers, while working from home, are providing to their classes. It is a very different experience for these children as we manage the public health requirements (as explained in our Re-opening School Plan, shared with you previously.)
If your circumstances have changed and you now require supervision for the second week of Level 3, from this Wednesday, then email firstname.lastname@example.org by tomorrow at 11 am. We will not expand the current bubble unless it is necessary but will do our best to accommodate changing needs.
Moving to Alert Level 2
At Level 2 most students are back at school. This will be a relief for the kids and their parents!
We do understand that there will be some parents who will prefer to keep their children at home longer. We respect this. Just as we provided some detail about Level 3 school, we will provide you with the facts about Level 2. You can then make an informed decision. We expect guidelines from the Ministry of Education in the next few days. We will then be able to formulate a plan and share this information with you.
Thanks again for supporting our school and our community by limiting your bubbles and staying home if you can.
