Critical Need to know and action
- Teachers who are moving classrooms now have a plan from Paul. Paul’s team will be removing the classroom furniture but cannot move furniture that has your resources in it. (For example a bookcase: you need to move the books yourself.) You need to take charge of your resources, liaise with the teacher who is in the classroom that you are moving to and move your resources independent of the classroom furniture shift. You must have your furniture items stickered with the room numbers by Friday 13 December at close of play..or Monday morning before school starts.. Monday is when the fun begins and anyone who is not ready will be hugely unpopular. (BW)
- There will be a large rubbish skip outside Paul’s shed from Monday 9 December. Please use this for all your classroom rubbish. If you don’t want it and it hasn’t been used … chuck it out!!! (PL)
- Class placements: Final drafts due by next Friday. The face to face discussion of our kids ( 2019 teacher and 2020 teacher) will now be a part of the Teacher Only Day on 30 January. (BW)
- Staffroom aircon – A reminder that if you are the last one to leave the room please turn it off. Thanks. (HF)
- Each class is assigned areas to keep clear of litter. Teachers are asked to have reliable children clean these areas at the end of lunch time and at the 2.55pm bell each day. Areas are on the daysheet. (BW)
- The Term Countdown will be shared by separate email. Please read it carefully. And action it. (JS)

And also thank you to the support that Mairangi Bay Primary has offered us over the last 5 years – the girls have enjoyed their time tremendously at the school. Many thanks, Craig” (BW)
